These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player" or "User") and crickyx ("we", "us", or "the Platform"), the operator of the website located at crickyx.net (the "Site"). By accessing the Site, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotional activity on crickyx, you confirm that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand its contents, and that you unconditionally accept all terms stated herein.

It is the sole responsibility of each Player to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction before doing so.

These Terms and Conditions apply in conjunction with any additional terms published by crickyx in connection with specific games, promotions, or features — including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and any specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail for the matter to which they relate.

Access to and use of crickyx is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. crickyx operates a zero-tolerance policy for underage gambling.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

• You must not be acting as an agent or representative of any third party in placing bets or operating a player account on crickyx.

crickyx employs mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification processes to confirm the age and identity of all account holders. Upon registration, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a national identity card (NID), passport, or driver's licence — together with, where applicable, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership.

Any account found to have been registered by or on behalf of a person under the age of 18 will be immediately and permanently closed. All funds deposited by an underage user will be returned to the payment source used for the original deposit, after deducting any costs incurred by crickyx in the verification and closure process. Winnings generated by an underage account are not eligible for withdrawal under any circumstances.

To use the real-money features of crickyx — including deposits, betting, casino games, and withdrawals — you must create and verify a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and the BDT payment method you intend to use.

Account Accuracy: You warrant that all information provided during registration is truthful and accurate. Providing false information — including a false date of birth, a name that does not match your identity documents, or an email address you do not own — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Single Account Rule: Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one crickyx account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. crickyx uses technical measures including device fingerprinting, IP address analysis, and payment method cross-referencing to detect duplicate accounts. All duplicate accounts will be closed and associated balances forfeited.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials — including your username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. crickyx will never ask you to share your password via email or chat. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. crickyx is not liable for losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

KYC Verification: crickyx may request identity verification documents at any stage — at registration, prior to a first withdrawal, during a routine compliance review, or following a large deposit. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe requested by crickyx may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

Account Closure by Player: Players wishing to close their crickyx account voluntarily may do so at any time by emailing [email protected]. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days of the closure request being approved.

All financial transactions on crickyx — deposits and withdrawals alike — are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). There are no foreign currency conversions applied at any stage of the payment process.

Withdrawal Processing Times: Withdrawal requests to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days. All withdrawals are subject to a completed KYC verification and must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the crickyx account holder.

Withdrawal to Same Method: crickyx applies an Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy requiring that withdrawals be returned to the same payment source used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. Charges and Fees: crickyx does not charge internal fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees independently of crickyx. Players are advised to check with their payment provider regarding any applicable charges.

Eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified crickyx account holders aged 18 and above only. Unless otherwise stated, each bonus is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Duplicate accounts created to access additional bonuses will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.

Wagering Requirements: All bonuses issued by crickyx are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount, or of the combined deposit and bonus amount) is stated in full in the specific promotion's terms at the time the offer is presented. Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus play cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met.

Wagering Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. As a general guide:

• Slots: typically contribute 100% of each wager toward the wagering requirement.
• Live casino table games (Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette): typically contribute 10% to 20%.

Abuse and Misuse: crickyx reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any bonus — and to suspend or close the associated account — if it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has abused the bonus system, engaged in bonus hunting, exploited loopholes, or violated the specific terms of a promotion. The decision of crickyx in all bonus-related disputes is final.

Modification and Withdrawal of Offers: crickyx reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, except where doing so would affect a player mid-wagering on an already-claimed bonus, in which case the terms at the time of claim will apply until completion or expiry.

All games and betting markets available on crickyx are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game's interface or from the relevant game information page on the Site. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game or betting market before placing real-money wagers.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on crickyx and constitute material breaches of these Terms and Conditions. crickyx actively monitors for all of the following and will take immediate enforcement action — including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities — upon detection:

• Underage gambling: Accessing or using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one crickyx account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Identity fraud: Providing false personal information, using another person's identity documents, or impersonating any individual during the KYC process.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus offers through duplicate accounts, collusion, or any strategy designed primarily to extract bonus value rather than engage in genuine gameplay.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players — whether on the same platform or externally — to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Use of prohibited software: Employing bots, automated scripts, exploit software, VPNs to circumvent geo-restrictions, or any other prohibited technology to interact with the crickyx platform.
• Money laundering: Using the crickyx platform to deposit, move, or withdraw funds for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crimes. crickyx complies with all applicable AML obligations and will report suspicious activity as required.
• Match-fixing: Placing bets on sporting events — particularly cricket markets — in circumstances where the player has prior knowledge of a fixed or manipulated outcome.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or mobile wallet provider in relation to genuine crickyx deposits.

crickyx reserves the right to suspend any account immediately and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to suspect any of the above activities. Upon investigation, if the suspicion is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and the balance forfeited. If the investigation does not substantiate the suspicion, the account suspension will be lifted and the balance restored in full.

• Losses arising from sports betting market outcomes, including cricket, football, or any other sporting event offered on the Platform.
• Technical issues, server downtime, connectivity failures, software bugs, or any interruption to the Platform — whether or not within crickyx's control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any decision made by a payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Visa, Mastercard, or any bank) that affects the processing of your deposits or withdrawals.
• Any tax liability, charge, or legal consequence arising from your gambling winnings in your country or jurisdiction of residence.

crickyx operates on an "as available" basis and does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. In jurisdictions where limitation of liability is not fully permissible, crickyx's maximum aggregate liability to any individual player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter for which liability cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Right to Amend: crickyx reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify active account holders via email to their registered address and/or via a prominent notification within the Platform. The revised Terms will take effect from the date stated in the notification. Your continued use of crickyx after that date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Periodic Review: Players are encouraged to review these Terms and Conditions periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be updated each time changes are published. If you disagree with any revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.

Termination by crickyx: crickyx reserves the right to terminate or suspend any player account — permanently or temporarily — at its sole discretion, including where required by applicable law, regulatory guidance, or internal compliance policy. Where an account is terminated for reasons unrelated to player misconduct (e.g., market withdrawal), any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

Termination by Player: You may terminate your crickyx account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Pending bets placed before the closure request are settled normally; bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements are forfeited upon account closure.

Governing Language: These Terms and Conditions are written in English, which is the governing language of this Agreement. Any translation provided for convenience does not form part of the binding legal agreement.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining Terms and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Entire Agreement: These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and crickyx with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
